    The 4 indicators that led to this index:

    1. Pay gap indicator: 38/40.
      Progress objective: Strengthen the recruitment of women for certain positions, promote our inspiring careers and career paths to encourage female applicants.
    2. Individual pay rise gap indicator: 0/35.
      Progress target: 25/35: Monitor and ensure the fair distribution of pay rises to reduce disparities.
    3. Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15.
    4. High pay indicator: 5/10.

    Progress target: Encourage the recruitment of women to top management positions.

    Gender equality index: 58/100.
